Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns but we do not offer refunds. We do however offer credit notes on your purchases. To be eligible for a return:

CONDITION: The item must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached to be eligible for a credit note.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are an item that is purchased with a discount more than 10%. Items with more then 10% off are deemed as final sale and are excluded from credit notes.

TIME FRAME: Please email us to within 7 days of receiving your order to lodge your return 

POSTAGE: The customer is liable for the postage fee associated with sending back a return. The return is the customers responsibility so please keep a copy of your tracking information.

EXCHANGE: Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend lodging your return and using your gift voucher to re-purchase the item.
